Brooke Churas is a Rhode Island native with a lifelong connection to the Ocean State. After earning her undergraduate degree in Vermont, she returned home and has lived throughout Rhode Island, including Wakefield, Watch Hill, Matunuck, and Providence. Brooke got her start in real estate working with her mother and sister in their vacation rental business, before transitioning to a full-time career in 2012.

With a master’s degree in business administration and extensive experience in luxury real estate marketing, Brooke has built a career supporting top agents and elevating the client experience. As Director of Marketing, she develops tools, strategies, and systems that accelerate agent success, streamline operations, and enhance the marketing of luxury properties. Her approach combines creativity, analytics, and a deep understanding of the Rhode Island market to help agents stand out in a competitive landscape.

Brooke currently resides on the west side of Providence with her dog, Jackie, and is dedicated to raising the bar: for agents, clients, and colleagues alike.
